LAKE TYLER ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Meeting Highlights
- We connected with over 100 members, friends and city partners
- We thanked Miles Brosang for his service as our President for the past 2 years and Elected Teresa Hetrick as President
- Elected 2 new members to the Board: Samamtha Chester and Charlie Winn
- Approved the 2026 Budget and reviewed all the activities we participated in last year and outlined the events for 2026
- Heard updates from several city partners. Of note, was the update on the upcoming boat dock inspections and new patrol boat being launched this summer by ESD2 fire department.

Annual Meeting Details
We are looking forward to seeing all of you at the LTA Annual Meeting! Along with the formal requirements for our
meeting, we will have food and refreshments! Come early so you can sign in, get some food and meet our board
members and lake neighbors. We will also be giving an update to our activities and have some informative guest
speakers to round up the night. We hope to see you there!!!
2026 ANNUAL MEETING MARCH 23RD - ELECTION NOTICE
Election Information
An election will be held for “Even Year” Board appointments at the annual meeting. This year the President Elect -Teresa Hetrick will take over as President. Cherie Martin Lewis has been nominated as President Elect. The Secretary position has be filled on an interim one year basis by Kelly Watkins. To be nominated for an officer position you must serve on the board before an election. Three “even year” board positions are up for election. There are two new nominees for board members, Samantha Chester and Charlie Winn and two current board members, Dennis Brown and Jan McGuire running for reelection. Nominees will also be taken from the floor. You can also email us with a nominee to info@lovelaketyler.com. Each nominee will have 5 minutes to share who they are and what they will do for LTA if they are elected.
