LAKE TYLER ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Monday March 23rd, 2026 at 6:00pm
Location: The Petroleum Club
PLEASE JOIN US at our annual members meeting. Everyone is welcome, bring your questions, concerns and meet your neighbors. Please invite your new neighbors to attend.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW! Members Must be present, with dues paid, to vote. There is only one vote per household/leasehold (by the member of record). To expedite your meeting check-in process, please mail or pay your dues online before the meeting. The day of the meeting there will be a table for paying dues open at 5:30pm.
Annual Meeting Details
We are looking forward to seeing all of you at the LTA Annual Meeting! Along with the formal requirements for our
meeting, we will have food and refreshments! Come early so you can sign in, get some food and meet our board
members and lake neighbors. We will also be giving an update to our activities and have some informative guest
speakers to round up the night. We hope to see you there!!!

2026 ANNUAL MEETING MARCH 23RD - ELECTION NOTICE
Election Information
An election will be held for “Even Year” Board appointments at the annual meeting. This year the President Elect -Teresa Hetrick will take over as President. Cherie Martin Lewis has been nominated as President Elect. The Secretary position has be filled on an interim one year basis by Kelly Watkins. To be nominated for an officer position you must serve on the board before an election. Three “even year” board positions are up for election. There are two new nominees for board members, Samantha Chester and Charlie Winn and two current board members, Dennis Brown and Jan McGuire running for reelection. Nominees will also be taken from the floor. You can also email us with a nominee to info@lovelaketyler.com. Each nominee will have 5 minutes to share who they are and what they will do for LTA if they are elected.
